All purchases of personal training packages, programs, or sessions made through Gorilla Garage Gains are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason once payment has been processed.

Please ensure you understand the terms of your package before purchasing. If you have questions, feel free to reach out before completing a transaction.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a training session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be considered a missed session and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Timely communication allows us to offer availability to other clients and maintain scheduling efficiency.
