Session Cancelation Policy

All training sessions are scheduled by appointment. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

If a client cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled session, that session will be forfeited and deducted from their package or billed as a single session, depending on the plan purchased. No credits or refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

By purchasing a training package or booking a session, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
